Hi! I’m Sarah Bahr, and I’ve been captivated by the real estate industry since I was a child. Considering I grew up alongside a family that builds custom homes, that’s no surprise. I have vivid memories of myself as a child, sketching floor plans for my dad to use to build homes. My extensive knowledge of new construction and residential real estate investments, combined with a background in marketing, sales, and event planning, have made a career as a Realtor a natural fit. Using my strong skill set to serve others and help them navigate a real estate transaction–whether buying, selling, investing, or building–is my true calling. 

When you work with me as your Realtor, I’ll always have your best interest in mind. I’m driven by challenges and an opportunity to build and nurture a relationship with you. We’ll work closely together to identify and truly understand your goals and needs so that your expectations are met. My objective is to prevent any surprises along the way and make sure that you’re fully informed to make clear, confident, solid decisions. 

I’ve lived in the Northwest suburbs my entire life and know the area very well. I grew up on a farm, which instilled a work ethic that has served me–and my clients–well throughout my life. When I was a young teen, my uncle told me something that moved me then and I still reflect on today: “It’s not what you are–it’s who you are.” I view my service to my clients as more than a job—who I am drives me to work hard for you and your success. It’s my genuine privilege to partner with you and help connect you to your new home. 

My family enjoys camping, hiking, and visiting state and national parks. Much of my time is spent with our daughter–my mini-me– and watching our two sons play hockey. I love to be involved in the activities and community that are important to our family, helping and serving others.
